Getting Honeycomb Analytics

In this article, we introduce you to the Honeycomb Analytics feature.

📖 Honeycomb Analytics provides you with a comprehensive view of our new Analytics feature and how to make the best use of it.

Access Honeycomb Analytics

  1. From the app’s admin, click Analytics on the Menu bar.

  2. Click the Calendar button and select the correct date range to get the analytics from.

  3. Click Apply. Analytics allows you to follow:

    • Total revenue: This metric tracks the total amount of revenue your store has generated through orders that include at least one upsell or cross-sell product added via our app. This allows you to measure how much additional revenue is being driven by the upsell and cross-sell strategies implemented through our app.

    • Total clicks: This metric measures the number of users who clicked on any of the upsell or cross-sell offers presented through our app. It helps you understand how engaging your offers are and how often customers are interacting with them.

    • Total orders: This metric represents the total number of orders that include at least one upsell or cross-sell product added through our app. It helps you measure the success of your upsell and cross-sell strategies in terms of actual conversions.

    • Funnel views: The trend overview provides insights into how the number of funnel views fluctuates over time. You can spot increases or declines in engagement, helping you assess the impact of any changes in your strategy.

    • Top Converting Funnels: This section provides insights into your highest-performing upsell and cross-sell funnels based on key metrics such as views, orders, conversion rate, and revenue. These metrics allow you to evaluate which funnels are driving the most engagement and sales, helping you optimize for better performance.

Export Analytics Data

  1. From the app’s admin, go to Analytics.

  2. Select the date range you want to export the data

  3. Click the Export button on the top right of the Analytics dashboard.
